How do I add a course to my playlist?
Answer
Choose the course you would like to add to your playlist. Go to this course's page, and click the Listen button. Once you start listening to the first lesson of the course, this course will appear in your playlist automatically.

How do I remove a course from my playlist?
Answer
1. Navigate to My Courses/Playlist.

2. In the app: Click the 3 dots next to the course you would like to remove. Click on 'Remove' to confirm. On the website: Click the Cross icon next to the course you would like to remove.

How do I add a course to my saved courses?
Answer
1. Choose the course you would like to add to your saved courses.

2. In the app: Click the Heart icon next to it. Once it becomes filled in, the course has been successfully added to your saved courses. Additionally, you can click the Heart icon on the top right side of any course's page. On the website: Click the button "Save for Later" on course's page.

How do I remove a course from my saved courses?
Answer
1. Navigate to My Course/Saved.

2. In the app: Click the Heart icon next to the course you would like to remove from your saved courses. Once it becomes unfilled, the course has been successfully removed from your saved courses. Additionally, you can click the Heart icon on the top right side of the course's page that is in your saved courses. On the website: Click the Cross icon next to the course you would like to remove from your saved courses.

How can I change my password?
Answer
You can change your password in your account settings in the app. Please, navigate to the Me page and then click the Settings icon on the top right side of the page. There, you'll be able to change your password.

How can I reset my password?
Answer
If you can't remember your password, click the Forgot Your Password link on a log in page to request a temporary password. Then, you'll get an email with your temporary password. You can log into your account using it, but you'll have to set up a new password right away.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Answer
If you do not wish to receive further email newsletters, you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any emails from us.

How do I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account, please, send us an email at listenable@highbrow.zendesk.com.

How do I log out of my account?
Answer
In the app, please, navigate to the Me page and then click the Settings icon on the top right side of the page. Scroll down through the options. Click on 'Log out'.

On the website, hover your mouse over a profile icon on the top right, and then click on 'Log out'.

Can I access my courses without a subscription?
Answer
You must have a subscription to access your courses. It is not possible to access your courses without a subscription.

How does the free trial work?
Answer
Our free trial is an excellent opportunity for new users to try out Listenable. You won't be charged until your trial period is over. Just subscribe to an annual membership, try out Listenable courses and cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

Please note, that the free trial offer works only for an annual membership and for new users who have never started a free trial before and/or purchased a Listenable membership.

Also, if you purchase a Listenable membership using a coupon code, there will be no free trial.

Does the subscription auto-renew?
Answer
Your subscription to a Listenable membership will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis. If you cancel your membership, it won't renew and your membership will expire once the period you have paid for is over.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Answer
If you became a Listenable member using our app, you need to cancel it using your phone:
  1. Go to Settings on your phone;
  2. Tap on your Apple ID on the top of the screen;
  3. Enter your Apple ID password;
  4. Tap on Subscriptions;
  5. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

If you became a Listenable member using our website, you need to cancel it on our website:
  1. Go to our website.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Hover mouse over a profile icon on the top right, and then click to Subscription.
  4. There you'll be able to cancel it.

    Wait. So what happens when I cancel?
    Answer
    If you cancel your membership, you won't be charged any further, and it will expire once the period you have paid for is over.

    If you cancel during the free trial period, you won't be charged, and your membership will expire at the end of the free trial.
